Platform.openai.com改版 可创建Assistants 调优模型

Platform.openai.com的功能和UI都有重大更新，新增Playground， Assistants, Threads， Fine-tuning等模块。

Assistants： 创建AI助理用于在其他应用中通过OpenAI Assistants API调用。Assistants API目前支持3种工具: Code Interpreter, Retrieval（获取文件）和Function calling。

Playground：测试你创建的Assistants或Chat/Completion/Edit API。

Threads：Assistants产生的对话可以在这个模块看到。

Fine-tuning：使用图形化界面调优模型，可上传训练文件。

另外Usage（API用量）模块也获得更新，新增Activity-通过图表方式查看各种模态的API请求。

最后，免费账号赠送的5美元额度也可以使用dall-e-3模型啦。
