Resolved - Between 10:00pm PT on December 10 and 11:45pm PT on December 12, some API customers experienced invalid JSON schema outputs when using models gpt-4o and gpt-4o-2024-08-06 with Structured Outputs. A fix was implemented and the issue was fully resolved at 11:45pm.
