7月26日消息，彭博援引知情人士称，DeepSeek已口头通知部分潜在投资者，未来几天暂不按原计划签署第二轮融资协议。知情人士称，相关谈判仍在变化，融资进程以后可能恢复，目前也不清楚DeepSeek是否已向本轮所有潜在投资者传达相同安排。DeepSeek没有回应彭博关于融资和网传会议纪要的置评请求。
值得注意的是，这次暂停并非因为投资人兴趣下降。DeepSeek刚完成创纪录首轮融资，市场仍对其扩张和上市潜力高度关注。
彭博称，融资暂停部分与梁文锋对首轮融资期间相关讲话被网络报道感到不满有关。近日网络流传的一份据称为梁文锋相关交流记录的文本，涉及多个热门话题，但彭博明确表示未能核实其真实性，DeepSeek也没有确认这份纪要。
原计划至少募资100亿元
按彭博此前报道口径，DeepSeek第二轮融资原计划至少募集100亿元，最终金额可能随签约投资者数量增加，目标投前估值至少为4800亿元。这些数字仍是谈判目标，不是已经完成的交易条款。
DeepSeek的首轮融资于6月完成，募资70亿美元，投资方包括腾讯、宁德时代等企业。彭博称，新一轮融资将支持公司扩大算力等扩张计划。
The Information 7月14日曾披露另一组口径，称DeepSeek计划第二轮融资500亿元，对应估值5000亿元。
彭博还称，DeepSeek已开始筹备首次公开募股，最早可能在今年提交申请。但公司尚未递交上市申请，也未公布上市计划。
