Turley 表示 GPT-5 模型在减少"幻觉"（编造信息）方面有"巨大改进"，但仍远未完美。他坦言解决幻觉问题不会在下个季度内实现，并建议将大语言模型与搜索引擎等"真实信息源"结合使用效果更佳。
